This device utilizes waste heat saving devices. Through this device, the steam parameters provided by the user are reduced to the appropriate temperature and pressure required by the user to meet user requirements, and can fully save thermal energy and utilize thermal energy reasonably.
Desuperheating and pressure reducing devices come in many structural forms, but regardless of their form, they generally consist of desuperheating system, pressure reducing system, main steam pipe, safety protection system, thermal control system, etc. The specific forms and structures are as follows:Desuperheating and pressure reducing deviceStructural components include pressure reducing valves, steam mixing pipes, safety valves, water supply regulating valves, throttle valves, stop valves, check valves, cooling water pipes, throttle orifice plates, integrated adjustable nozzles, flanges, standard parts, etc.
Desuperheating system: Cooling water is sprayed into the steam in the inner pipe or steam pipe from different types of nozzles through a high-pressure differential regulating valve to reduce the steam temperature.
Pressure reducing system: It consists of a pressure reducing valve and an orifice plate. The pressure reducing valve adjusts the pressure by changing the flow area.
Desuperheating and pressure reducing system: Combining the desuperheating system and the pressure reducing system into one reduces the overall size of the equipment but increases the technical complexity.
Main steam pipe body: Composed of a mixing pipe and a steam pipe, determined according to the parameters provided by the user, it is the main equipment of the pressure reducing device, the purpose of which is to transport the depressurized steam to the pipeline required by the user.
Desuperheating and pressure reducing deviceSafety system: To prevent the secondary steam pressure from exceeding the specified value, the safety valve automatically opens to discharge excess steam, achieving pressure reduction and safety protection. Due to different parameters, spring-loaded safety valves, pulse and main safety valves, or lever-type safety valves are selected during design.
Desuperheating and pressure reducing deviceThermal control system: It is an important device for regulating the outlet parameters of steam. By receiving the outlet temperature and pressure signals, and after information processing, the command and executive mechanism can keep the outlet parameters stable within the range required by the user, achieving automatic adjustment. The control system can also be manually adjusted.
