Exhaust steam recovery
Structural characteristics
The system uses a steam injection heat pump to extract and compress the flash steam from high-temperature condensate, increasing its pressure for reuse. This allows the usable steam volume to exceed the boiler's steam supply, thus improving the thermal efficiency of the steam heating system.
The exhaust steam recovery device allows the condensate to be cooled while the flash steam is drawn away, and then recycled in a closed system.
Since both flash steam and condensate are recovered, the energy-saving effect is very significant.
