1、The labyrinth control valve, starting from the fluid mechanics mechanism, adopts and applies the technology of speed control principle, utilizes multi-stage pressure reduction to eliminate problems such as cavitation, flashing scouring, vibration and noise, and provides comprehensive system control solutions for many different application fields.
2、Under harsh operating conditions, poor valve performance is mainly caused by excessive flow velocity. The maximum flow velocity zone of the fluid in the valve often appears on the throttling surface slightly downstream of the valve core throttling hole. Even using high-hardness materials in the valve to control the erosion caused by cavitation can only slightly eliminate the failures of the valve caused by the high flow velocity of the medium. All valves must control the flow velocity of the medium to maintain the performance and reliability of the valve.
