  The valve performs linear or equal percentage flow characteristic actions, thereby achieving on-off or proportional regulation of various parameters such as flow rate, pressure, and temperature of the pipeline medium. Pneumatic control valves are simple to control and respond quickly. In flammable and explosive environments, using explosion-proof methods for others is not important.

  The correct and normal operation of the pneumatic control valve is of great significance to ensuring the normal operation and safe production of the process equipment, so it is necessary to strengthen the maintenance of the pneumatic control valve.

  I. Key inspection areas during maintenance

  Inspect the inner wall of the intermediate body: Under high pressure difference and corrosive media, the inner wall of the valve body and the diaphragm of the diaphragm valve are often subjected to impact and corrosion by the medium, and the pressure resistance and corrosion resistance need to be checked.

  Check the valve seat: The inner surface of the thread used to fix the valve seat is easily corroded, and the medium seeps in during operation, causing the valve seat to loosen.

  Check the valve core: The valve core is one of the moving parts of the control valve, and it is severely corroded by the medium. During maintenance, carefully check whether each part of the valve core is corroded or worn, especially under high pressure difference, the cavitation caused by valve core wear is more serious, and severely damaged valve cores should be replaced; check the sealing material; check whether the packing asbestos rope is dry; if PTFE material is used, pay attention to check whether it is aged and matched.

  Check whether the mating surface is damaged.

  Check whether the rubber film in the actuator is aged and cracked.

  II. Daily maintenance of pneumatic control valves

  When the control valve is made of graphite-asbestos, lubricating oil should be added to the control valve every three months to ensure that the control valve can be used flexibly. If the packing gland is found to be under low pressure, the packing should be replenished. If
