Although the pressure and temperature of waste steam are relatively low, it still contains a large amount of latent heat of vaporization. Currently, many units directly discharge used waste gas, which not only causes huge economic losses but also causes thermal pollution to the environment.

  Based on the principles of dynamic two-phase flow, Venturi tube, and slight subcooling, the waste steam recovery device uses low-temperature water to absorb external low-pressure waste gas or high-temperature low-pressure waste gas. The waste steam recovery device can achieve atmospheric pressure or even a small negative pressure, which is conducive to steam discharge. At the same time, the high-temperature water formed solves the cavitation problem during the pumping of high-temperature low-pressure water by a series of cavitation elimination measures. Through the special structure of the above-mentioned waste steam recovery device, the low-temperature water is in full contact with the exhaust gas, and the low-temperature water absorbs the latent heat of vaporization of the exhaust gas, causing the exhaust gas to undergo a phase change and condense into water, which then enters the water collection container and is automatically sent out by the high-temperature water pump.    Currently, waste steam recovery technology is also in its infancy. The spray cooling method is usually used for the recovery of a small amount of waste steam, and there is no mature recovery technology, so it is not suitable for a large amount of waste steam with low pressure.
