The Technology Department recently held a launch meeting for a new spring nozzle desuperheater. This product will soon be launched onto the market in the hope of gaining recognition from more customers.
As is well known, traditional whistle-shaped nozzles, due to their fixed flow area, easily lead to reduced or ineffective desuperheating effects. They can also directly shorten the service life of related components, and may even cause serious accidents such as shutdowns due to overheating. This spring nozzle desuperheater completely changes this drawback. When desuperheating water enters the desuperheater, the spring is compressed under the action of the pressure difference, and the water forms an extremely thin, crisscrossing umbrella-shaped atomized water in the swirl nozzle, allowing for sufficient heat exchange with the desuperheating water. In addition, during operation, this nozzle can effectively prevent the sudden phenomenon of steam from the steam pipe back-spraying into the cooling water pipe when the desuperheating water pressure suddenly drops.
