As the Year of the Dragon draws to a close, thanks to the collective wisdom and efforts of Meiya's people, 17 sets of qualified cooling devices have been loaded in an orderly manner. Thus, the 1.2 million tons/year ethylene unit project of the Guangxi Petrochemical Refining and Chemical Integration Transformation and Upgrade Project has been successfully delivered, with a contract value of 2.25 million yuan.
This project will construct a 200,000 tons/year cracking furnace, the largest single unit of its kind in China. It is a key project of China National Petroleum Corporation's 14th Five-Year Plan and is crucial for implementing the national "Belt and Road" initiative, building the Western Land-Sea New Corridor, and participating in RCEP international competition.
Relying on its deep industry accumulation and strong independent R&D capabilities, Meiya overcame technical difficulties such as the low temperature of the ethylene medium and the large pipe diameter (DN700). Using advanced simulation techniques and through continuous research and repeated verification, Meiya ensured that the delivered product meets user requirements and operates safely for a long time.
Meiya will continue to cultivate the application of temperature and pressure reducing devices in harsh working conditions, continuously innovate and develop, promoting domestic substitution, and striving to become a leader in the field of temperature and pressure reducing devices and control valves for extreme working conditions, setting an industry benchmark!
