At the beginning of the project, the project manager is responsible for the contact and cooperation between the supplier and the demander of the project, such as product design, manufacturing, delivery of technical documents, equipment matching, packaging and transportation, installation and commissioning guidance, technical disclosure, personnel training, etc. In the process of design, manufacturing, inspection and test, the demander is welcome to send engineering personnel to our company's production site and sub suppliers to check and guide the equipment manufacturing quality and project progress. We will give active cooperation and support.
The equipment shall be transported to the buyer's site by our party, and the engineering and technical personnel from both parties shall be responsible for supervising the delivery one by one according to the list of supply scope. During the installation and commissioning of the equipment, we will send engineering and technical personnel to the site for free debugging and assist the trial operation of the equipment.
During the warranty period - in case of failure or abnormal operation, after receiving information feedback, we will send engineering and technical personnel to the site in time for maintenance and service. After the normal operation of the equipment, we will analyze the causes. If it is our responsibility, all expenses shall be borne by us; if it is your responsibility, we will only charge the cost.
After the warranty period of the equipment - we only charge the cost for the spare parts we provide. In the process of equipment operation, as long as the demander requires, we will send engineering and technical personnel to the site for technical services at any time.
