Product description

Based on the mechanism of fluid mechanics, the labyrinth control valve adopts and applies the technology of speed control principle, and uses multi-stage depressurization to eliminate cavitation, flash erosion, vibration and noise. It provides a comprehensive system control solution for many different application fields.

Under severe working conditions, the poor performance of the valve is mainly caused by the high flow rate. The maximum velocity region of the fluid in the valve often appears in the throttle surface slightly downstream of the throttle hole of the valve core. Even if the material with higher hardness is used in the valve to control the erosion caused by cavitation, it can only eliminate the failure caused by the high medium flow rate in a small amount. All valves must control the medium flow rate in order to maintain the performance and reliability of the valve.
